As a Registered Art Therapist and Counsellor, I support individuals who might be seeking a less traditional approach to wellness. Perhaps we don't want to talk about it? It might feel more possible to come up alongside with marks or movement to explore, release and reframe in new ways. To be gentle and curious in our transformation.

Art Therapy uses creative expression to assist with connecting our inner and outer worlds. To bring into alignment that which might feel lost, to step into our bodies with felt sensations, to see and understand our thoughts, feelings or behaviours from fresh perspectives. To reach the places words can't go.

I love supporting individuals who are looking to evolve, perhaps let go of old stories or beliefs, learn to process our lives in healthier ways and feel at home in their sense of self. Some of the tools I use are, creative expression, somatic experiencing, sand tray & play therapy, mindful awareness, nervous system regulation and internal family systems. All are wonderful tools to work "with" our mind and bodies in a holistic container for transformation.
